Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP along with a very unhappy dad Henry. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I write about my experiences- the highs the lows and all between. When I was in 1990, I moved to America together with my parents and brother when I turned one and a half. Without my parents' passion for perseverance and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't share my life. Knowing I had an opportunity for a better life, I aimed to impress them and was a shrewd entrepreneur for achievement. I had a set plan in my life that was to go to university, get a job, get married, buy the house, and then have kids. The lifestyle I had planned for me did not turn into. The job I held in 2013 was one I had a fear of. The status and wealth didn't bring me happiness. I felt I wasted my time to make a living. It was in 2013 that I discovered that my true passion was exercising. I also liked getting out and about to help others. In the process of pursuing the new direction of my life, I started to find private training. In 2014 I started my small business and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th birthday. There are a few Asian women in the industry. To be a leader in my field and offer quality coaching, to help others live a happier and healthier life by establishing a life that is tailored to their specific needs and help them achieve their goals. It is my goal to encourage others to chase their dreams, and to achieve the life they've always wished for. When my professional career began to flourish, I experienced one of the greatest losses in my life: my mother's passing away. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma has ended and she is now in Heaven. She will always be on my mind and in my heart. brain. It is possible to learn from the world, even if we may not be able to recognize it right now. My mom's death changed my life in many ways, and I believe my mom offered me a second chance to be alive through her death. She passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to enter her next life. I had my second chance at living an enjoyable and fulfilling life. At the age of 30, I have a sense that I am alive and living. I'm not feeling that I'm just another number. The purpose of sharing my experience is to show you that you're not the only one. I hope that you be aware that love exists and that therapy is common. Your health is the most important asset you have. Because death is all there is in this world I wish you a great time in living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
