Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actor who was born on the 26th of May 1978 in Campinas Sao Paulo. Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997) are three of her most acclaimed films. Ana Paula Oliveira became a participant in the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March 2020. She is currently an analyst overseeing the Assassination Witness project, and is one of the core members of the GITOC's multilateral engagement team. She focuses her research on the illegal economy, assassinations and disappearances. Her interests in research also include the influence of organized crime on human rights and humanitarian legal and political. Ana Paula has an LL.M. in cum laude (with the highest distinction) of honors in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. She also holds obtained an LL.M. qualification with a concentration in Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She is a lawyer with a license and has worked in the law firm which specialized in legal issues involving public law for more than four years. Her past experiences also included working with roles in non-governmental organizations headquartered within Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
